Trade Union Membership

Lincolnshire Police supports a system of collective bargaining and believes in the principle of resolving employment relations’ problems by discussion and agreement. You have the right to belong to a trade union and to take part in its activities, and UNISON is the trade union formally recognised by Lincolnshire Police.

Blue Light Card

The Blue Light Card is a benefit service for all UK’s Emergency Services, NHS and Armed Forces, giving you access to savings across the country. Members can benefit from both online savings and use of the card to save at stores, restaurants and attractions up and down Britain. Cycle2Work Scheme

The cycle2work scheme is a tax and National Insurance free scheme that allows you to choose a cycle and cycle equipment to the value of between £100 and £1000.

Eye and eyesight tests

We have a partnership with Specsavers Corporate Eye Care to provide display screen equipment users with free eye tests and occupational eye wear including safety eye wear (glasses with protective side shields) where required.

Baby box scheme

You will received a gift box following the birth of a child, or a gift voucher for adoptees.

You can also use the Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue gym at Louth.

You can access these gyms 24 hours a day.

Lincolnshire Police Sports Association and monthly draw

The Lincolnshire Police Sports Association (LPSA), was formedfor the promotion of athletic activities in the Force.  

The LPSA is a member of the East Midlands Police Sports Association and also Police Sport UK, the national governing body for police sport.

The Association runs teams in many sports including tennis, golf, rugby, netball, football, fishing, hockey, swimming in which you can take an active part.

The LPSA also runs a monthly draw which helps sponsor our sports and teams.

It also gives you an opportunity to benefit from the monthly draws, which have cash prizes of up to £500. Plus in December each year there will also be a £2,000 additional cash prize.

Fitness mentor scheme

The Fitness Mentor Scheme provides you with access to a personal trainer to help you reach your personal goals and improving your general health and wellbeing.

Flu vaccinations

You will be entitled to a free flu vaccination.
