Lincolnshire Police supports a system of collective bargaining and believes in the principle of resolving employment relations’ problems by discussion and agreement. You have the right to belong to a trade union and to take part in its activities, and UNISON is the trade union formally recognised by Lincolnshire Police.

The Lincolnshire Police Sports Association (LPSA), was formedfor the promotion of athletic activities in the Force.
The LPSA is a member of the East Midlands Police Sports Association and also Police Sport UK, the national governing body for police sport.
The Association runs teams in many sports including tennis, golf, rugby, netball, football, fishing, hockey, swimming in which you can take an active part.
The LPSA also runs a monthly draw which helps sponsor our sports and teams.
It also gives you an opportunity to benefit from the monthly draws, which have cash prizes of up to £500. Plus in December each year there will also be a £2,000 additional cash prize.

The Fitness Mentor Scheme provides you with access to a personal trainer to help you reach your personal goals and improving your general health and wellbeing.
