We received reports of youths knocking on doors and running away in the Spilsby area. CCTV has been reviewed, the people concerned have been identified and dealt with by using anti-social behaviour legislation. The four individuals received UBWL’s All parents were pro police and all the individuals involved appeared to take on board the stage 1 UBWL advice
