Citizens in Policing (CiP) aims to help make communities safer by connecting communities to policing and policing to communities through the thousands of people

The value volunteers add to policing is recognised nationally, through improving community engagement, increasing available resources and skillsets, and allowing
officers and staff to focus on frontline duties. Volunteers are an integral part of LP and play a valuable role in helping the force deliver services across the county, allowing police officers and staff to focus on those areas of policing where their skills and training are of most benefit.
At Lincolnshire Police we have a variety of roles available to volunteers and we are always looking for new opportunities to introduce new roles and specialisms to make the experience of volunteering as good as can be.
