The successful candidates are to deliver Lincolnshire Police’s priorities of stopping crime and ASB; protecting people from harm; and helping those in need. To do this by delivering the neighbourhood policing function alongside police community support officers by supporting engagement with communities; solving medium-long term problems within communities by reducing crime, anti-social behaviour and demand on our services; and by undertaking targeted enforcement activity.
The post holder will demonstrate the values of the force by being courageous, open, fair and inclusive and to do so in in accordance with the principles of the Code of Ethics.
Shift pattern
The standard shift pattern for the role is shown, however flexible working patterns will be considered on a full and part-time basis. Applications will be considered on an individual basis and all requests must meet the organisational need as well as individual need, which can be determined with the successful applicant.

Important points for consideration
- To be eligible to transfer you must have completed your probation period and be confirmed in rank at point of application.
- Please ensure you submit the last three years’ appraisals with your application. If you have passed your probationary period within the last three years then please send a copy of your certificate of confirmation and your performance reviews at weeks 45, 60, 75 and 90, as well as appraisals to ensure we have at least three years’ performance history.
- If successful you will be required to complete vetting and a medical assessment, and your fitness test and any mandatory training must be in date and be able to be evidenced through your training record e.g. personal safety training, first aid, driving assessments. We will not be able to make a formal offer whilst any of these are outstanding.
