The Digital and Data Directorate (DaDD) comprises of multiple departments contributing to the research, development, implementation, maintenance and decommissioning of the digital, data and technology (DDaT) products and services used within Lincolnshire Police.
The Senior Planning and Portfolio Analyst is an integral role to lead the support for all departments of the directorate because we -
• Make sure that the Lincolnshire Police portfolio of digital products and change and directorate services are managed within organisational strategy and change process
• Design and propose models for sound and appropriate decision making
• Plan and facilitate events
• Review the Lincolnshire Police response to requests for help and proactively seek out options for consideration by owners and managers
• Develop the reporting and insights from DDaT product data and information and directorate information and data
The senior planning and portfolio analyst is an exciting and varied role, working between the business services layers of support to the Digital and Data Directorate and its contribution to the wider organisation. The successful candidate will assist in establishing procedure and practice but will have the flexibility and discretion to design how the results are best achieved within the directorate practices.
The standard shift pattern for the role is shown, however flexible working patterns will be considered on a full and part-time basis. Applications will be considered on an individual basis and all requests must meet the organisational need as well as individual need, which can be determined with the successful applicant.
