The post holder will be responsible for supporting the East Midlands and City of London Niche Team in tracking, monitoring, and updating the status of deliverables and milestones from across all forces, as well as liaising with key stakeholders to prepare meeting agendas and minutes, and ensure traceability by tracking decisions and actions at various meetings.
They will help test new and amended business designs, and new functionality and software releases received from the supplier, as well as help manage requests for change with the supplier and the national Minerva group.
The post holder will have and maintain a technical and business understanding of the NicheRMS software, associated interfaces and core police systems, to enable them to assist users and other technical teams across the six forces, investigating and triaging issues.
They will create and maintain positive communication to ensure strong and effective working relationships are developed with individuals, teams and colleagues, both internal and external to the business.
They must demonstrate the force values at all times. All staff involved in carrying out functions in this role will do so in accordance with the principles of the Code of Ethics. The aim of the Code of Ethics is to support each member of the policing profession to deliver the highest professional standards in their service to the public.
The standard shift pattern for the role is shown, however flexible working patterns will be considered on a full and part-time basis.
