The role of The Digital Business Partner Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between the Digital and Data Directorate and teams across the Force. Acting as an ambassador and liaison, working with users at all levels both internally and external to the force and communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders ensuring both parties reach a common understanding
The post holder will be responsible for the development and maintenance of stakeholder relationships between the Directorate and teams across the Force, providing support ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
The post holder will support coordination of services across the Directorate and work to resolve issues. To act as a point for escalation for any service issues brought to the attention of anyone within the directorate under the guidance of the Digital Experience Manager, and to monitor any continuous service improvement initiatives as agreed.
The role is dynamic and requires a blend of technical acumen, strong understanding of digital technologies, business understanding, business process, data analysis and strong communication skills. By collaborating with teams and leveraging data-driven insights, this role contributes to the organization's transformation and will help to drive strategic decision-making processes

The standard shift pattern for the role is shown, however flexible working patterns will be considered on a full and part-time basis.
