To provide oversight and support to the Head of Criminal Justice, Prosecutions & Custody on criminal justice matters
Support the Chairs (ACC Crime and Deputy OPCC) of the Lincolnshire Criminal Justice Board (LCJB) to implement, manage and co-ordinate the Board’s programme, performance and delivery plans to enable it to deliver on its objectives resulting from national, regional and local priorities. To Lead the production and maintenance of the annual LCJB Business Plan with the LCJB Chair(s) and all LCJB members to produce the annual LCJB Business Plan.
The post holder will work in collaboration with colleagues at all levels and across key partners, such as the OPCC, the Crown Prosecution Service, HM Prison and Probation Service, and His Majesty’s Courts & Tribunal Service.
The post holder will also provide business and project support to the Criminal Justice, Prosecutions & Custody Department and oversee the ongoing governance and performance of Out of Court Disposals (OoCD).

The standard shift pattern for the role is shown, however flexible working patterns will be considered on a full and part-time basis.
