To work alongside colleagues in the Continuous Improvement Unit, providing support for external inspections and audits, ensure that the force has documented and published policies in place, ensure that the force has identified, recorded and is controlling risks that could prevent it from achieving its objectives, providing professional support to Project Managers and conducting continuous improvement reviews that lead to better use of resources and increased efficiency and productivity.
The post holder will maintain a high level of integrity and ethical standards in all areas of work.
The standard shift pattern for the role is shown, however flexible working patterns will be considered on a full and part-time basis. Applications will be considered on an individual basis and all requests must meet the organisational need as well as individual need, which can be determined with the successful applicant.
