An exciting opportunity has arisen for an excellent communicator to join our team, carrying out the administration, preparation, and processing of prosecution files in accordance with Criminal Justice Policy. Using a methodical approach with high levels of accuracy, you will work alongside Police Officers to collate case files for the Crown Prosecution Service, all whilst co-operating with external parties such as the HMCTS, CPS and other Police Forces.
Administrative experience is imperative, as you will be responsible for the inputting, updating, maintenance and quality control of information onto Police, National and other force computer systems. You will use your own initiative to solve problems and will be the point of contact for case file progression, contacting Police Officers for further information on request of the CPS, in preparation for Court Hearings.
The standard shift pattern for the role is shown, however flexible working patterns will be considered on a full and part-time basis. Applications will be considered on an individual basis and all requests must meet the organisational need as well as individual need, which can be determined with the successful applicant.
