Administration can be a diverse term for a variety of functions, and this is no exception – the job description is available to download at the bottom of this page if you’d like to read further.
Whilst gaining essential experience and business skills for your future career, we’ll support you whilst you study with Lincoln College to achieve your NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration.
This is a 21-month apprenticeship, and on completion you will receive support to help you take the next step in your career. In the final few months of your 21-month term, we can help you apply for external roles, or even for internal posts should they arise within the OPCC or the wider Lincolnshire Police family.
As part of the application process there are a few practical tests, but don’t let those put you off – they’re just to make sure you meet the minimum competencies for the role and to help us understand what initial training support you might need should you be successful.
This is a varied and busy role, ideal for someone wishing to build a career within the field of administration, or who is looking for that first step into the law and order sector.
If you are focused and passionate about your work, like to get stuck in with a new challenge, and are enthusiastic about joining a small friendly and professional team, apply now.
