The IT Business Support Officer will provide support to the IT Business Manager to deliver an effective and efficient service to support the processes with IT procurement, and IT asset management administration.
The main accountabilities and responsibilities of the role are, the manage the day to day requests for IT equipment and software from all users within Lincolnshire Police for new and replacement IT equipment, and solutions. Some of the key responsibilities of the role is to communicate with end users and ensure they are kept up to date with their requests for equipment during the life cycle of the open ticket.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the Force values at all time. All staff involved in carrying out functions in this role will do so in accordance with the principles of the Code of Ethics. The aim of the Code of Ethics is to support each member of the policing profession to deliver the highest professional standards in their service to the public.
The standard shift pattern for the role is shown, however flexible working patterns will be considered on a full and part-time basis.
