Education and training is a huge protective factor for young people.
We recognise that one of the challenges is that the nearest college to Gainsborough is Lincoln, and the cost of travel can be prohibitive. This means we see more young people and carers in the Gainsborough area disengaging with education at all ages.
Our team is working hard to build strong relationships with educational providers to maximise opportunities and life chances for these young people, whilst encouraging compliance and attendance for those already registered with a school or college.
If so, please contact the project administrator, Penny Holmes at [email protected].
