Charley Rimmer

Charley is the Director of People Services. 

She holds a BA (Hons) in Human Resources from Northumbria University, an MSc from Lincoln University and is a Chartered Member of CIPD. 

She joined Lincolnshire Police in 2004 and has held multiple roles within the Human Resources arena including recruitment, operational HR and HR policy and strategy development.  She transferred to G4S in 2012 and developed her knowledge within the private sector before then transferring back to Lincolnshire Police into a Chief Officer position in April 2022. 

Charley is passionate about doing the right thing and putting people at the heart of what we do.

Charley lives in Lincolnshire and is married with one daughter.
