Appeal after man dies following collision near Riseholme roundabout

We are appealing for witnesses and anyone with dashcam footage to contact us following a collision near Riseholme Roundabout.

Following a call received at 1.04am this morning (5 May), officers attended the scene on the A15, around 300m north of the roundabout.

The collision involved a white DAF truck and a pedestrian. The pedestrian, a man, was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.

Part of the A15 up to the Riseholme roundabout was closed while emergency services attended. The road was re-opened at around 7.50am today.
