On the first collision -
A 28-year-old-man who was arrested on suspicion of causing injury by careless or inconsiderate driving and obstructing police has been released under investigation.
On the second collision -
A 39-year-man arrested on suspicion of theft of the car has been released under investigation.
Myla Smith, 26 of Failsworth Close, Nottingham, has been charged with driving a vehicle above the legal alcohol limit, driving a car without any insurance and driving otherwise than in accordance with a driving licence. She has been bailed and will appear at Lincoln Magistrates' Court on 18 June.

One person has been arrested after a collision at West Deeping. Two further people have been arrested after the driver of a car hit a a road closed sign.
Emergency services were called to a collision at the junction of the A1175 Stamford Road with King Street, West Deeping, just after 7.45am on Tuesday 2 June 2026.
Three vehicles were involved, a black Lexmoto motorcycle, a black Nissan NP300 and a white Volkswagen Touareg. The driver of the VW Touareg and the rider of the motorcycle were travelling in the Market Deeping direction, the Nissan NP300 was travelling towards Tallington.
The rider of the motorcycle, a man in his 20s has been taken to hospital with injuries described as serious.
One of the drivers, a 28-year-old-man has been arrested on suspicion of causing injury by careless or inconsiderate driving and obstruct police, he remains in custody.
Road closures were put in place following the collision to allow medical care and to enable an investigation into the cause of the collision to start. It is vitally important that anyone needing medical care receives it as soon as possible and also that officers are able to secure and preserve evidence at the scene.
Just after midday officers saw a blue Vauxhall Astra collide with one of the road closure signs. The driver of the car, a 26-year-old woman was seen to turn their vehicle around and drive off. Officers followed and the driver failed to stop when requested to do so. The driver was forced to stop at the level crossing on Main Road, Tallington as the barriers were down due to an expected train. She has been arrested on suspicion of failing to stop, driving over the legal drink drive limit and theft of the car. A passenger, a 39-year-man was also arrested on suspicion of theft of the car; they remain in custody.
