The 15-year-old boy who was arrested in connection with this incident has now been released on bail.

A 15-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of rape in connection with this incident and is currently in custody.
Investigating officers have asked for witnessed and information in relation to this incident, and have updated contact details.
They are keen to hear from anyone who was in the area between 0030 and 0300 and saw or heard anything. And if anyone has a property nearby that may have CCTV or footage of the area around the time, they are asked to get in touch.

An investigation is underway into an allegation of rape in Grantham.
The inquiry was launched after we received a report just after 3am today (Sunday 14 June) that a 17-year-old woman had been raped while she was in the area of Earlesfield lane and Thames road, Grantham, around 30 minutes before. She is in touch with officers and is being looked after by specially trained staff.
We are appealing for witnesses and information in relation to this incident. Were you in the area at the time and saw or heard anything? Do you have a property nearby that may have CCTV or footage of the area around the time?
