A 56-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of arson, as part of an investigation into a fire in Sutton Bridge.
We had received a call just after 8.10am on Thursday, 4 June reporting that a building in Bridge Road had been broken into and a fire had been set, causing damage.
As part of our enquiries the 56-year-old man, from Norfolk, was arrested on suspicion of arson. He was also arrested on suspicion of sending a communication threatening death or serious harm; and on suspicion of threatening to damage or destroy property.
He has been questioned and subsequently bailed with conditions not to enter Lincolnshire.
Release amended at 4.26pm on 7 June to amend location to Norfolk for arrested man.
