A 40-year-old man has been charged with rape, sexual assault by penetration, and sexual assault by touching, in Spalding.
Christopher Morris, of Parkside Crescent, appeared before Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 5 August where he was remanded to prison while awaiting a plea hearing at Lincoln Crown Court on 2 September.
The allegations relate to an incident reported to have taken place at an address in Spalding on 29 July 2026.
