Fatal collision, Bridge Road, Long Sutton

We are saddened to report that a 70-year-old man has died following a collision which took place earlier last week.
The man was involved in a collision with a car on Bridge Road, Long Sutton at 10.25pm on Saturday 1 March.
He was treated at the scene and airlifted to hospital, and sadly died at 6.30am this morning.
His family is being supported by specially trained officers.
Officers were deployed to the scene and carried out initial investigation work, and that investigation continues.
