A 44-year-old woman has been charged to court following the death of a woman on the A1 in a collision at the Esso service station at Foston.
Fiona Phippen, of Church Close, Great Wilbraham, is accused of causing death by dangerous driving and causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
The charges follow an investigation into a collision which sadly led to the death of a 20-year-old woman who was stood by the car she was travelling in and seriously injured an 83-year-old passenger in that vehicle following the crash at Foston on Saturday, 29 June 2024.
Phippen is due to appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on 24 July 2025.
