Three men were arrested in connection with drugs offences in South Holland.
Just before midnight last night (16 February), officers stopped the driver of a van travelling eastbound on the A151 near Whaplode.
Acting on intelligence, officers conducted a stop and search under the Misuse of Drugs Act and searched the van where they found and later seized plant food, fertiliser, a small quantity of cannabis, trade plates believed to be stolen as well as lighting equipment.
Three men aged 24, 29 and 37 have been arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the production of Class B drugs. The 29-year-old man was also wanted and recalled to prison.
They remain in police custody and enquiries are ongoing.
