Serious collision on the A15

We are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage following a serious collision on the A15 this morning (16 September).
The collision occurred at 5.40am involved two cars – a red Mazda MX-5 and a Silver Skoda Fabia. Both drivers sustained serious injuries and have been taken to hospital.
The Ruskington and Brauncewell junctions on the A15 are currently closed and will be for some time.
