We are appealing for information following a report of people being assaulted in the early hours of Saturday 14 September, in Lincoln
We would like to speak to anyone who was near the traffic lights at the High Street and Clasketgate, Lincoln, just before 4.45am and 5am on Saturday 14 September.
It is alleged a man described as black, around 5'9 with short hair, a black jumper and jeans assaulted at least one person at the location and has then walked off along Corporation Street, towards West Parade.
A 35-year-old man has been arrested and bailed on suspicion of assault.
