A man has been charged with a public order offence following an incident in Regent Avenue in Lincoln on Tuesday, 28 October.
Officers were called to reports of a man behaving in a threatening way at a property in Regent Avenue just before 1pm, and were immediately deployed.
Officers engaged with the man at the scene before Ben Brown, 33, of Regent Avenue, Lincoln, was arrested at 2.46pm in connection with the incident.
He has been charged with a public order offence for their threatening behaviour towards members of the public and police officers in attendance
He has been released on bail to appear at Lincoln District Magistrates’ Court on 14 November.
