We received reports of a car being driven erratically on the A1 near Grantham yesterday (30 June) just before 12pm.
Officers from the Roads Policing Unit located the car at Gonerby Moor Services and arrested a 38-year-old man for failing to provide a roadside breath test. He remains in police custody.
The man was taken to custody where he later provided readings of 209 and 203 - nearly six times over the legal alcohol limit. The legal limit is 35 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath.

Actions have consequences. #OperationSpotlight #Fatal5
