Appeal after sexual assault in Gainsborough

A 57-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of sexual assault on a female.
He has been released on bail, with conditions to live and sleep outside of the county, and not to enter Gainsborough.

We are appealing for eyewitnesses and information after a sexual assault in Gainsborough.
A woman was walking along Heaton Street with her dogs at around 10.30pm on Sunday, 14 July when she was approached by a man and the incident took place.
Investigators are trying to piece together what happened and are asking members of the public with information to come forward.
We believe there were a number of people in the area at the time and think they could provide valuable information to the force.
The victim describes the man involved as tall and black and was wearing a pastel-coloured hooded top.
