Staying in touch with our communities is really important to us. It means we can understand what issues you are concerned about, and so that you know what work we are undertaking on your behalf.
The Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) newsletters are accessible to our communities in a new digital format that can be viewed on laptops, desktops, smartphones, and tablets. They can also be printed for those who don’t have online access, or so that they can be shared in community spaces.
In addition to reading about a few of the incidents and issues which have been dealt with, you will be provided a link where more detailed, street level detail about the types of crimes that occur where you live.
The newsletter also gives you chance to be involved in local policing, by giving your opinion on what the area priorities should be, and the chance to feedback back about the level of trust and confidence you have in Lincolnshire Police. You will also be able to find out what events your local policing team will be at, so if you would rather speak to an officer in person, you will know where to find them.
The link to access the newsletters is below, but in the coming weeks posters will also appear in police station windows and all local neighbourhood policing officers will carry a QR card that you can scan and you will be taken directly to the newsletters.
You will also soon be able to scan a QR code in a police car window and you will taken straight to the latest newsletter.
The newsletters will automatically be updated around every three months, meaning the same link will always take you to the latest version, and anyone running a community website can embed the link, providing instant access to the latest information.
