We have charged 37-year-old Max Skidmore with manslaughter.

He has been remanded and is set to appear at Lincoln Magistrates' Court on Wednesday 11 December.

We can now name the man who died as 55-year-old Eddie Roberts.

He sadly died on Sunday 8 December, and we have since launched an investigation to ascertain what happened.

His family are aware, and they are being supported by specially trained officers. We ask that their privacy be respected at this difficult time. They do not wish to talk to media.

A 37-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in police custody.
