Man charged with causing death by dangerous driving

A man has been charged with death by dangerous driving following a collision that killed a 39-year-old woman in March this year.
Asen Kurtev, 46, of Carlton Road, Boston was also charged with four counts of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
The charges follow an investigation into a collision which sadly led to the death of a 39-year-old woman on the A16 near Kirton, Boston on Monday 4 March 2024.
He will appear at Boston Magistrates’ Court on 22 January 2025.
