Were you at Wyndham Park in Grantham last night?
We are appealing for witnesses after a man was assaulted yesterday (9 December).
It was reported that two men wearing dark clothing and balaclavas approached the victim and assaulted him, leaving cuts and bruises on his face. The man was later taken to hospital.
It’s believed the two men tried to take the victim’s phone, but this was thankfully recovered. It’s believed the two men left the scene heading into the park.
We would like to hear from you if you were in the Wyndham Park area near the footpath to the Grantham College between 8.40pm to 10.15pm.
If you saw anything suspicious, or if you saw people wearing balaclavas near the area at the time, please get in touch.
If you have any information that can assist with our investigation, email [email protected] quoting incident 410 of 9 December in the subject line.
