A 62-year-old man has died in a collision involving a motorcycle and a car in the Boston area, we are saddened to confirm.
The incident took place between Pilley’s Lane and Rawsons Lane, Horncastle Road, and saw nearby roads closed shortly after it was reported to us at 2.50pm on Monday, 29 April.
The rider of a yellow Honda CBR 600 motorcycle died in the collision.
The man's family have been made aware and our thoughts are with them at this exceptionally difficult time.
Our specially trained offers will be providing them with help and support.
We are investigating the circumstances around the collision and are asking anyone who has information to come forward.
