A 46-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of robbery. He has been released on police bail while investigations are ongoing.

We are appealing for witnesses after a man was assaulted in Grantham.

At 5.25pm on Saturday 28 October, we received a report that a man in his 30s was assaulted on East Avenue. He sustained serious injuries to his leg and has been taken to hospital for treatment.

It was reported the victim’s house keys and phone were also taken during the incident.
