Man charged with eight offences including sexual assault

A 73-year-old man has appeared at court charged with offences of sexual assault, stalking, and breaches of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order.

David Hunter, of Kettlethorpe Road, Fenton, near Lincoln, was arrested following an alleged incident that took place on a bus between Lincoln and Boston. This was reported to us on 13 October.

He was charged with the following:

• Two counts of sexual assault on a female.
• Two counts of stalking involving serious alarm.
• Four counts of breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order.

Following his appearance today (26 October) at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court, he was remanded to appear at Lincoln Crown Court, next month.
