Evacuation of people from Butlins, Ingoldmells

The package has been deemed to be not suspicious. Staff and visitors are now safe to re-enter the site.

People staying and working at Butlins, Ingoldmells, are currently being evacuated from the premises following the discovery of an unidentified package.
Our Force Control Room received a call at 2.02pm informing them of the package and as a precautionary safety measure, people are being evacuated from the location, on Roman Bank.
Our colleagues at Lincolnshire Fire & Rescue are assisting with the operation.
An EOD team are currently en-route to the venue.
We will provide further updates when they become available.
