A woman aged 30, has been arrested on suspicion of conspiring to cause grievous bodily harm.
In total eight people have now been interviewed under caution and the investigation remains ongoing.
Detective Sergeant James Perring, Serious Collision Investigation Unit, Lincolnshire Police, said: “We are determined to fully investigate the cause and circumstances of this collision which has led the tragic death of Sean Burlton, at Tongue End on 24 November. I’d like to thank those who have already got in touch and provided information that has helped.
“Our investigation team and other specialist officers are using all and every bit of information that we have to understand what has happened and why. It is a long and detailed process.
“I would still like to hear from anyone who has any information that will assist the Investigating Officers, but has yet to contact us.”

A 19-year-old man was taken to hospital where he remains. He was de-arrested and will be questioned in due course.

Two men aged 33 and four men aged 20, 24, 27 and 31 have been released on bail while investigations continue.

We are at the scene of a collision at Tongue End, Counter Drain Drove, Spalding where a car had left the road and overturned in a water filled ditch.
Two officers went into the water to try to save a man who was trapped. Sadly, their attempts were in vain and the man died at the scene.
This collision was reported at 3.37pm yesterday (24 November). Three cars were involved, a grey Ford Focus, a black Vauxhall Insignia and a grey Volkswagen Touran. Seven men, aged between 19 and 33 have been arrested.
We are appealing for any witnesses who have not yet spoken to police. If you saw the collision, or saw the cars in the area of Tongue End prior to the collision, please get in touch. We are also appealing to anyone who has captured dash cam footage that may be relevant.
