Appeal after fatal collision at Welton le Wold

We are saddened to confirm a 56-year-old woman has died in a collision at Lincoln Road, Welton le Wold.

Officers were called to the two-vehicle collision involving a black Fiat and a blue Peugeot at around 2.40pm on Tuesday, 30 May.

Four people were injured in the collision, one of which has died from her injuries.

Her family are aware, and our thoughts are with them at this extremely difficult time.

The Serious Collision Investigation Unit are now investigating the incident.

We are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage as we look to piece together what happened.
