Harry Liebanas-Rolfe, aged 32, of Lincoln Lane, Boston, was arrested in connection with the incident in which plants and planters were damaged in Rosegarth Street.
This happened on 20 May just before 5pm. We conducted a number of inquiries and we identified Liebanas-Rolfe as the suspect.
He was arrested in Boston yesterday, Monday 19 June, charged with criminal damage and remanded in custody to appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court today, Tuesday.
We continue to work in partnership with Boston Borough Council’s enforcement team and Boston Borough Council’s CCTV operators to identify anyone causing criminal damage or anti-social behaviour.
This charge comes just a few weeks after we arrested two men in connection with other non-connected asb in the area. One of these men were charged. Read more here: Two arrested in connection with anti-social behaviour in Boston | Lincolnshire Police (lincs.police.uk)
