Arrest following Harmston burglary

A 22-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of burglary following a warrant which we executed yesterday (22 June) in Bradford.

The burglary, in which a KTM motorcycle was stolen from Harmston, was reported on 14 June (incident reference 78 of 6 June).

A motorcycle was recovered during the warrant, as well as a number of weapons and a large quantity of cannabis.

Yesterday’s action, supported by officers from the Hykeham Neighbourhood Policing Team and our Intelligence Development Unit, followed a motorbike being offered for sale on Facebook.

Update: The suspect has been released on bail pending further investigation.
