We are investigating a burglary where a man reported an intruder entered his home while he was present and stole a Rolex watch he had owned for 20 years.
Officers received the report for the incident at a property in Westfield Drive, North Greetwell, at around 4.30am on 7 June.
Three watches, including the Rolex, are reported to have been stolen.
It is believed that one man wearing a blue hoody or jacket left the area on foot. It is not known which direction he went.
We are following a number of lines of enquiry, but we know there will be people we have not yet spoken with who may have doorbell, CCTV, or dashcam footage which could help. If you live or were driving in that area between 4am and 5am yesterday we would ask you to check any footage you might have, and share it with us.
We would also like to ask for anyone who might see the watches advertised for sale to get in touch with the details of where it is being advertised. We have proactively shared a picture of the Rolex, but unfortunately do not have pictures of the other watches to share.
