Appeal after assault in Lincoln

We are appealing for witnesses and any dashcam footage after a report of a road rage incident where a man was assaulted in Lincoln.
Between 2.15 and 2.30pm on Sunday 28 May, a black Honda Jazz was travelling along Union Road and Carline Road junction.
The driver reportedly made a gesture at a silver Yamaha motorbike for overtaking another car. The male motorbike rider got off his bike and started shouting verbal abuse at the driver.
The Honda driver was reportedly assaulted and his car's wing mirror damaged during the incident.
