Roberston has this morning, Friday 7 July, appeared at Lincoln Magistrates' Court where he was remanded to appear at crown court this afternoon.
He was further remanded to appear at Lincoln Crown Court in August for a pre-trial hearing.
Update, 6 July, 6pm:
A 32-year-old man has been charged with three offences as part of our murder investigation.
Anthony David Robertson, of no fixed address, has been charged with murder, robbery and fraud by misrepresentation.
Robertson was charged in relation to the death of Charlie McGhee Adair who was found deceased in Skegness on 3 July.
He will appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court tomorrow, Friday 7 July.

We are now in a position to name the man who was sadly found dead in Skegness.
He has been named as Charlie McGhee Adair, aged 59, from Northamptonshire.
His family have released a photo of their loved one. They have asked that the media respect their privacy at this difficult time.
Our investigations are ongoing and four people remain in custody.

Update, Tuesday 4 July, 5pm
We have launched a murder investigation after a man was found dead near Tesco in Skegness.
A 59-year-old man was confirmed to have died after emergency services were called to a piece of ground near the Tesco site in Richmond Drive at around 12.25pm on Monday 3 July.
This death was being treated as suspicious but following inquiries we launched a murder investigation.
We have arrested four people. Two men aged 35 and 32, and a woman aged 36, have been arrested on suspicion of murder. A 63-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender. They remain in custody and will be questioned in due course.
Investigations are ongoing and we remain in the area.
We are appealing for anyone with any information, dashcam or CCTV footage between 12:00 hours 02/07 – 12:30 hours 03/07 to call us on 101, quoting incident 171 of 3 July.

We are investigating the death of a man in Skegness which is being treated as suspicious.
We received a call at 12.25pm today (Monday 3 July) that a man had been found in the grounds between the railway track and Tesco car park in the town.
On arrival, officers found the man who was sadly confirmed to have died. Enquiries are underway to identify how the man has died and to locate his next of kin.
The road is closed from the service entrance to the superstore at William Way, Officers from the East Midlands Special Operations Unit are leading the investigation. Forensic specialists are on the scene. They will remain in the area for at least the next few days.
We would appeal for anyone who has been in that area between 10am on Sunday 02/07/23 and 12:25 hours 03/07/23 who may have noticed anything unusual to contact us. We are also appealing for anyone who may have dash cam or CCTV footage in this area.
