Serious collision – A15 Waddington

Officers were called to a report of a single vehicle collision at 5.38 am, on Saturday 5 August. The driver, a 60-year-old man, died at the scene. His family have been informed.

The collision involved a silver Vauxhall Astra which collided with a tree. We believe the vehicle will have been travelling south towards Sleaford.

As part of our investigation, we are trying to establish when the collision happened. To assist our inquiries, we are appealing for anyone who travelled along the A15 between 2 am and 5.38 am on Saturday 5 August, and may have seen the Astra on or near the A15, south of RAF Waddington to get in touch.
