A investigation is underway following reports that a number of visitors to Proport Indoor Karting in Lincoln had displayed symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning.
Our Force Control Room received a report at 11.51pm on 15 August that some visitors to the venue attended hospital for treatment after feeling unwell.
Those affected had visited the venue that day. Officers have been making contact with people believed to have been at the venue to advise them of the appropriate action to undertake should they have any concerns.
Anyone who had been to the venue and is experiencing headaches, dizziness and nausea should call or visit NHS111 to seek appropriate medical advice.
We are working with public health agencies, Environmental Health, and the City of Lincoln Council as part of this investigation.
Incident 552 of 15 July refers.
