RTC - Monks Road, Lincoln

We have received a report of a collision involving a blue Honda Civic and a white/grey cycle.  The collision is reported to have happened at 4.45pm on Tuesday 11 October, on Monks Road, Lincoln.  The cyclist received minor injuries.  We are appealing for information to help with our investigation.
