Assault in Park Street, Lincoln

We are appealing for witnesses to an assault that happened in Park Street, Lincoln.

We received a report that a woman, in her 20s, was dragged along the ground by a man between 3.30am and 4.30am on October 31.

We believe three men intervened and may have witnessed what happened. We would like to hear from these men or anyone who can assist with our investigation.

An 18-year-old man has been arrested in connection with this incident and has been released on bail.
