Burglary and fraud appeal, Lincoln

We would like to identify the man pictured after an incident of burglary and fraud.

Bank cards were stolen from a property in College Close, Lincoln on 12th April and then used to purchase tobacco and cigarettes from the Co-op at Riseholme Road. CCTV footage has been obtained, and we would like to like to speak to the man pictured.

He is described as a white male, medium to slim build, wearing a blue baseball cap with white letters or a logo on the front, black fleece jacket with a hood and pockets at the side and a zip front, grey jogging bottoms, black adidas running style trainers with silver 'three stripes' logo, and carrying a blue carrier bag in his left hand. He was wearing a light blue surgical mask, obscuring the bottom half of his face, but we hope the distinctive clothing will help identify him.
