Appeal: Commercial robbery in Lincoln

We are appealing for witnesses following a robbery at the Spar Store in Lincoln.

Between 9:45-10pm last night (2nd April), two males entered the Spar Store on Brayford Wharf and proceeded to take canned drinks from the shelves.

When challenged by an employee, one of the males produced a bladed weapon before running out of the shop. Thankfully there were no injuries reported.

Two male youths, aged 12 and 15, were arrested in connection with the incident. The 15-year-old remains in police custody and the 12-year-old has been released on police bail.
