Two people have been charged, drugs seized and a knife recovered following incidents in Grantham, this week.
Keia Hull, 25, of no fixed address, was charged with possession with intent to supply after being arrested in the town on Wednesday morning. A significant amount of what is believed to be crack cocaine was recovered.
He appeared at a Lincoln Magistrates’ Court hearing, yesterday (14 May) and was remanded to appear at a crown court hearing on 15 June.
Gavin Taylor, 39, of Station Road West, Grantham, was charged with possession of controlled drugs. He has been bailed.
On Wednesday afternoon, officers arrested a 25-year-old man and a 22-year-old woman, both from the Nottingham area, on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of controlled drugs.
A significant amount of what is believed to be heroin and crack cocaine, and an 8.5inch lock knife (pictured), were recovered.
Both people have been bailed.
Lincolnshire Police has made a number of arrests in recent weeks relating to drugs, as part of its wider Violent Crime Reduction Initiative.
