Appeal to trace victim of collision, Boston

On 28 August, at around 4 pm, at the junction of Liquorpond Street and George Street in Boston, a white van mounted the kerb just past the yellow hash marked box and collided with an unknown pedestrian. The driver failed to stop at the scene of the collision. This picture, of the man we believe may be the victim, has been captured by a member of the public's dashcam. We would like to emphasise the man is not a potential suspect.
